The School of Education is one of the larger schools in the University and operates across 4 campuses – Melbourne Burwood, Geelong Waurn Ponds, Warrnambool and Cloud (online). It is a leading provider of primary and secondary teacher education, early childhood educator preparation, educational leadership and adult, vocational and applied learning education. Our strong partnerships with Deakin Alliance schools promote an applied approach to preservice and ongoing teacher education. Cancellation of courses
Deakin maintains the right to cancel the course if minimum participation numbers aren’t reached.
In this case, participants will be notified before class begins and payments already made will be fully refunded
Refund and withdrawal
To be eligible for a full refund, we need to receive an application to withdraw from the course at least five working days before it begins.
Participants withdrawing after the course has started will have to pay a $150 administration fee.
